The Basic program ‘Sexuality in Connection’ is an intensive training for personal development with a solid therapeutical foundation. During 4 modules of 6 days, we will look at imprints from our psychosexual development starting with conception. We go back to the family of origin and rediscover what were the (most implicit) messages of our parents and educators about sexuality and intimacy. We experience how these messages influence our belief-system and our behaviour in intimate relationships up till today. From these insights we discover what is needed to transform these limiting messages into supportive ones. Only then we can connect to our natural vitality, our sexual energy that in the essence is our life energy.

This program will bring healing and understanding to your own journey and that of your ancestors, and so support you to pass on your wisdom, and not your wounds, to the next generation. You will leave with a sense of forgiveness for the past, acceptance of the present and a clear sense of how to bring through your unique gifts into the world.

We will work with mixed groups of approx. 20 people in the age between 30 – 80+.

The wisdom of the body is used to get access to our unconscious programs. Our working methods have their roots in Bodywork, Sexual Grounding, psychodrama, Gestalt, dance expression and Systemic constellations. In our programs, we use safe, well-structured and exciting exercises to lead you back to the origins of your sexuality to gain back our innocent parts. In that place, where all life-energy come from, you’ll find the source of creativity, joy and connection. Beside exercises and sharing, you will get theory about the psychosexual development in each stage.

We welcome people who are in general healthy and mental stable and are:

• interested in improving their relationship to their own body,
• longing for an intimate relationship or want to deepen their existing relationship,
• parents and teachers who want to accompany children in their psychosexual development in a relaxed way,
• therapists/coaches/psychologists who would like to improve their capacity to work with sexuality and intimacy.

Prices

Western European price: 880 € + food and accommodation / module

Eastern European price: 800 € + food and accommodation / module

Additional cost for subgroups among modules:

In the Netherlands: 121 € / day

In Hungary: 100 € / day

Subgroups are additional live training days with local H&S trainers for meetings among modules to support integration with individual process work.

Discounts

There is a 5% discount for payment in full for all modules by 2023.09.01.

1^st and 3^rd Module’s food and accommodation should be paid one month before the modules.

2^nd and 4^th Module’s food and accommodation should be paid on site.
